Registrar advises students
to withdraw from classes they don’t plan to take

By Bob McCluskey, University
Registrar

Students, please note:

If you are registered
for a class you don’t plan to take, be sure you are withdrawn.

University policy states
that students not attending class on the first day of a session
may be dropped from the class roster at the discretion of the
instructor
.

The first day of attendance
drop policy is not automatic.

University policy requires
students who are registered for classes to pay the fees and receive
grades for them. It is the responsibility of the student
to ensure that she or he is withdrawn from any class for which she
or he does not wish to be registered. Please contact the Office
of the Registrar if you have any questions.
