The University of St. Thomas Department of Public Safety this afternoon issued an advisory to female members of the University of St. Thomas community about a Level II predatory offender who was released from custody today and is moving back into the city of St. Paul.
According to the St. Paul Police Department, the offender's past behavior has included burglary, window peeking and sexual assault. Police said he has paid particular attention to single women who reside in lower-level apartments.
