Provide 72-hour notice of setup requirements for meetings, events St. Thomas Newsroom September 29, 2006 Provide 72-hour notice of setup requirements for meetings, events From St. Paul campus Facilities Scheduling To help the campus community host successful meetings and events, setup requirements need to be requested from the Facilities Scheduling office at least 72 hours in advance of the event. This notice ensures that service providers (e.g., Physical Plant) have adequate resources and equipment available to meet your needs. Facilities Scheduling is not able to accept or accommodate requests for setups received on the same day as the event. If you need tables, chairs, staging, etc., for your meeting or event, please include that information on the Request for Service (RFS) for room reservations; or, if your requirements change, you may contact the Facilities Scheduling office with your equipment needs three days before your event. For more information, visit the Facilities Scheduling Web site.
