Graduate School of Professional Psychology Hosts M.A., Psy.D. Program Information Sessions

The College of Applied Professional Studies Graduate School of Professional Psychology (GSPP) offers both master of arts and doctoral degrees in counseling psychology.

The programs feature a practitioner-scholar model of training that emphasizes the importance of preparing counselors and psychologists to provide direct service to clients. The Graduate School of Professional Psychology is committed to addressing the diverse needs of students through a variety of learning strategies that create a supportive and challenging environment.

Applications for the master’s program are being accepted for spring 2011. The application deadline is Oct. 15.

Dr. Christopher Vye, GSPP associate dean, will lead information sessions tomorrow, Saturday, Sept. 18. The master’s program session will begin at 9 a.m. followed by the Psy.D. program session at 10 a.m. Both sessions will be held in Room 445, Opus Hall, on the Minneapolis campus.
