Votel, 87, of West St. Paul, died Saturday, Aug. 4. Funeral services were held 11 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 8, the Church of St. Joseph, 1154 Seminole Ave., West St. Paul, Minn., with visitation before the service from 9:30 to 11 a.m. at the church.
