Please remember in your prayers Mercedes Malevich, mother of former dean of students William Malevich, who died recently. A lifelong resident of Eveleth, Minn., she was 87 and had been in ill health for some time. Private services were held.
In addition to her son, she is survived by her husband, Frank; daughter-in-law Carole (“Penny”), and grandson Steve and his wife, Karn.
