Please remember in your prayers Marian Beckel, maternal grandmother of Father Steven McMichael, O.F.M. Conv., a member of the St. Thomas Theology Department faculty.
Mrs. Beckel was 99 years old and a resident of the Excelsior Nursing Home. Her funeral was held Sunday, May 11, at Our Queen of Angels Roman Catholic Church in Austin, where she lived until she was 92.
