Duane, 51, died unexpectedly on Tuesday, Aug. 12.

Visitation is set from 11 a.m. to noon Monday, Aug. 18, with the funeral services immediately following at Maple Oaks/Phalen Park Funeral Home, 2585 Stillwater Road, Maplewood.
