Dr. John Haldane will speak on “Philosophy, the Silencing of Religion, and the Prospects for Religious Philosophy” at 3 p.m. today in Room 308, Aquinas Hall.

Haldane is from the Moral Philosophy Department at the University of St. Andrews, Scotland. He is internationally known for his work in the history of philosophy, applied ethics, the philosophy of religion and the philosophy of education.
