Parking Permits required in all UST lots during summer St. Thomas Newsroom May 19, 2000 Permits are required in all UST parking lots during the summer, beginning on Wednesday, May 24. Until then, no permit is required in the lots but all other restrictions will be enforced. This includes restricted lots (P, Q, T), handicapped spaces, fire lanes, loading docks, meters, and all other restricted and/or reserved spaces.If you purchased a full-year or spring-semester permit, your permit is valid through the summer, until Aug. 31, 2000. If you have not purchased a permit and would like to do so, permits are $25 for the summer for faculty and staff, St. Paul commuters and summer resident students with a valid St. Thomas ID. Minneapolis commuter permits are $100 for the semester and valid in Minneapolis and St. Paul. Faculty-staff permits are valid in Lot H (corner of Summit and Cretin avenues) during the summer. Additional summer parking information is available at the Public Safety Office in Morrison Hall.
