A panel presentation on “Green Industries and Careers” will be held Wednesday, Nov. 4.
Experts will share their professional backgrounds and green industry perspectives. Special focus will be given to entrepreneurial developments, technology development and the potential for green jobs in Minnesota. Time for questions and discussion will follow the presentations.
The event will be held from 5 to 6 p.m. in 3M Auditorium, Room 150, Owens Science Hall.
Panelists include:
- Gregg Mast, BioBusiness Alliance of Minnesota
- Brian Tockman, Segetis, a green chemistry company
- Ranjan Chavravarty, University of St. Thomas and Siemens
- Rachel Vilsack, Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development (DEED)
Refreshments will be served following the discussion.
This event is hosted by UST SIFE (Students in Free Enterprise) and the Career Development Center.
