Minneapolis Campus Full-time day Students: Terminate Parking, Return Ramp Parking Card by May 31

Beginning Monday, April 16, and continuing through Thursday, May 31, all current full-time Minneapolis campus students who purchased parking for the Minneapolis campus must terminate their contracts on or before May 31, including the return of the Green Card if they park in the ramp. Students who park in the UST surface parking lot will have the access on their ID card removed effective May 31.

At the time of termination students must bring their Green Card for the ramp to the Department of Public Safety, located in Room 252, UST School of Law, Minneapolis campus. Failure to return Green Cards will result in a $30 administrative fee in addition to the loss of the deposit on the card, as well as priority parking for the ramp for 2012-13. Graduating students may see a delay in receiving their transcript from the university if the card is not returned.

Students who park in the ramp on the date of termination must pull a ticket and receive a validation for that day from Public Safety.

Students who terminate their current contracts also will have the opportunity to preregister for their 2012-13 parking contract at that time. Students who do not preregister may not receive first priority parking for the 2012-13 school year. To be eligible to preregister for a 2012-13 parking contract, students must bring their UST student IDs to the Public Safety office in the School of Law.

For more information on parking contracts or parking and transportation options, visit the Department of Public Safety in Room 252, School of Law, Minneapolis campus, or call (651) 962-4100.
