Like to shop or like to run? Here are two STAR events for you
An Uptown day trip is planned for Sunday, Oct. 2. St. Thomas Activities and Recreation will provide a free shuttle bus to transport students from the arches on the St. Paul campus to Uptown, and back. The first bus will leave St. Thomas at 1 p.m. and the last bus will return to UST at 7:30 p.m. Please sign up at the Box Office and Expeditions, lower level, Murray-Herrick Campus Center.
The Family Fun Run, which is a 5K run or walk, will take place at 7:30 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 8, during Family Weekend. Participants should meet at the John Ireland sculpture in Foley Plaza. All family and friends are welcome to join. Co-sponsors of this event are the Dean of Student Life office, STAR, and the Box Office and Expeditions.
