Library Today: RefWorks workshop, training session scheduled
Learn more about the RefWorks citation-management software program at a workshop from noon to 1 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 30, in Room 314, O'Shaughnessy-Frey Library Center.
With RefWorks, you can save links to full text, save citations from databases and let the computer create your bibliography.

Database of the week: Literature Resource Center
The UST libraries continue to add new electronic resources and will continue to highlight them along with some ‘classic’ databases over the coming weeks in Bulletin Today. This week’s featured database is Literature Resource Center.
Literature Resource Center provides access to biographies, bibliographies, and critical analyses of authors from every age and literary discipline. Combining Gale Group's core literary databases in a single online service, it includes text from Contemporary Authors (over 100,000 biographies), much of the Contemporary Literary Criticism series, Merriam-Webster's Encyclopedia of Literature, as well as the Dictionary of Literary Biography (over 10,000 critical biographies). Additionally, there are selected articles from over 70 literary journals, and links to pertinent web resources. Users can perform basic searches by author name or choose more advanced searches to identify authors based on ethnicity, nationality, genre or time period.
Join the UST Libraries’ to commemorate National Children’s Book Week (Nov. 13-19) by using Literature Resource Center to look up your favorite children’s book author, or find more information about Jack Prelutsky, who recently was selected the first U.S. children’s poet laureate.
