“Learning About Sexual Harassment and the Jury System” is the topic of a free presentation at 8:30 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 8, in the Luann Dummer Center for Women, Room 103, O’Shaughnessy Educational Center.
Dr. Susan Marsnik and Dr. Jay Erstling of UST’s Legal Studies in Business Department and Dr. Elise Amel of the UST Psychology Department will discuss their jury-simulation project and ongoing research into how juries make decisions in a sexual harassment case.
The presentation is one in a series of talks sponsored by the UST Women’s Studies Program by faculty members engaged in research or creative work about women and gender. Refreshments are provided, and each session offers time for questions and discussion.
