Dr. Uta Wolfe, a psychology professor at St. Thomas, will host weekly classes on light relaxation techniques. Classes will run from 7:15 to 8 p.m. Thursdays through the end of fall semester in O’Shaughnessy Educational Center, Room 206. Classes will not be held on Thanksgiving and during finals week.

Classes are free and open to students. No registration required.

Bring a towel or yoga mat. Loose fitting clothing is recommended.
