The Human Resources Department is in the process of re-evaluating the slate of program offerings provided through the Leadership Academy.

The purpose of the Leadership Academy is to develop and sponsor relevant professional development programs that expand the knowledge, skills and abilities of St. Thomas employees.

“This is possible only when we listen to employees and act upon their feedback,” remarked Edna Comedy, associate vice president, Human Resources. “We are anxious to do both.”

St. Thomas employees recently should have received an e-mail requesting feedback on professional development offerings for 2010-11. Those who have not completed the short questionnaire are asked take a few minutes to complete it here: The Leadership Academy Survey. (If this hyperlink opens to the Leadership Academy home page, you’ve already taken the survey.)
