Join the UST team and Race for the Cure
Faculty, staff, students, alumni and their families are invited to join the UST team participating in the annual Susan G. Komen Twin Cities Race for the Cure. The race (and walk) will be held Sunday, May 11, at the Mall of America in Bloomington.
Participants can register for the 5K run (3.1 miles), the non-competitive 5K walk, or the indoor 1K walk. Children will enjoy the Kids for the Cure Fun Run. Participants receive a Susan G. Komen Twin Cities Race for the Cure T-shirt, race bib and refreshments.
Register on the the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure Web site. Be sure to select "University of St. Thomas" as your team choice. Register by Saturday, April 19, to receive a discount.
Mail-in and walk-up registrations also are available.
Since 1993, the Minnesota Affiliate has raised $25 million for breast cancer awareness, education, outreach, screening, preliminary treatment, and research.
