Information Resources and Technologies will perform upgrades to Internet Native Banner and Murphy Online from Saturday, Dec. 3, to Friday, Dec. 9. This system upgrade will bring Banner up to date and will provide new enhancements while ensuring that the Banner systems remain in support compliance. IRT also will perform a small upgrade of the Electronic Data Warehouse (EDW) this weekend.
Systems that will be unavailable on Saturday, Sunday and Monday, Dec. 3-5:
- Banner
- Murphy Online
- Application Manager (Appworx)
Systems that will be unavailable from Saturday to Friday, Dec. 3-9, or until notification goes out:
- ODSP (reporting database)
- EDW
How this will affect you
Due to the upgrade, Banner Prod and Murphy Online will be unavailable during the upgrade on Saturday, Sunday and Monday, Dec. 3-5. Please do not plan to begin any course registrations or perform other Banner-related activities until Tuesday, Dec. 6; in addition, ODSP will require a reload of the data and will be unavailable from Saturday until the following Friday, Dec. 9.
While Banner Prod is unavailable, Banner Pone will be available for “Read Only” activities with data as of the end of the day Friday, Dec. 2. The links to that system are:

While ODSP is unavailable ODST will be available. ODST will be available at some time on Saturday and will contain static data as of the end of the day Friday, Dec. 2. IRT will notify users when ODST becomes available on Saturday.
