Forward your calls using an ITE 4 phone

Forwarding on multi-line phone sets: If you have a multi-line set, you will need to choose the line you want to forward by pressing that line and making sure that there is a dial tone when you invoke the forward button. For multi-line phones, you forward calls per line, not per set.

Note: On a multi-line set, the FWD light could be on when a line is forwarded that appears on the set. Example: The department front desk phone may have a line appearance for the department chair’s phone. If the department chair’s phone forwards her line, the CFWD light lights up at the front desk. This does not mean that all lines on the multi-line phone are forwarded; only the department chair’s phone is forwarded.
