For multi-line phones, you forward calls per line, not per set.Note: On a multi-line set, the FWD light could be on when a line is forwarded that appears on the set. Example: The department front desk phone may have a line appearance for the department chair’s phone. If the department chair’s phone forwards her line, the CFWD light lights up at the front desk. This does not mean that all lines on the multi-line phone are forwarded; only the department chair’s phone is forwarded.IRT provides additional instructions on how to use other phone features.
