Commercial real estate professional Herb Tousley will speak at the Investment Club meeting during the convo hour, 11:45 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., Thursday, Feb. 11, in Room 110, McNeely Hall.

Tousley has many years of experience in financial management and a wealth of knowledge and expertise in the operations and financing of investment properties, which he will share in his talk about real estate investing along with other valuable investment tips.
Tousley is director of the Master of Science in Real Estate Program and the Shenehon Center for Real Estate in the Opus College of Business at the University of St. Thomas. In the past he has served as senior vice president at Coldwell Banker Commercial Griffin Cos., adjunct instructor at UST and vice president at Omni Investment Properties.
