How well do you know UST?

N.J. Wunrow, O'Shaughnessy-Frey Library Center, was the first to respond correctly to the "How well do you know UST?" question posed last week by Institutional Research and Analysis: “What percentage of the 1,054 undergraduate students who graduated from UST during the 2002-03 academic year went back to college?” The answer: 45.7 percent.

Now for this week’s question. “Do you know what percentage of transfer students returned for their second year at UST?”

By examining data relating to demographic, academic and institutional factors of transfer students from 2004 through 2007 Institutional Research and Analysis gathered information useful for strategic decision-making. To find the answer to this question and more, see Tommie Notes No. 3. This question addresses strategic priorities Access (A2e) and Excellence (E2d) as described in the UST Strategic Plan.

The first person who responds to instresearch@stthomas.edu with the correct answer to today’s question will be acknowledged in this column next week. Each month, those who submit a correct response to any of the IR&A weekly Bulletin questions during the month will have the opportunity to win a UST coffee mug through a random drawing.
