Planning Opening Week celebrations or activitities? If so, Campus Scheduling Services reminds event hosts to review their reservations.

Many reservations do not list set-up needs, timelines or titles for each event or activity. These will need to be entered into the reservation system by Tuesday, Aug. 31, in order to make operation reports.

Opening Week event hosts are invited to attend a St. Paul Operations Group meeting to confirm logistics for their events. If interested, e-mail Kimm Thiboldeaux.

The St. Paul Operations Group includes representatives from Information Resources and Technologies, Public Safety, Physical Plant, Catering, Athletics and Scheduling Services.
