Are you interested in hosting a Japanese student in your home this summer on a short-term basis?

The University of St. Thomas again will host a group of Japanese students from Osaka Gakuin University and Osaka Gakuin Junior College. The students will arrive on campus on July 25 for their three-week program of studying English and participating in fun activities throughout the Twin Cities. The students will live on campus Monday through Friday.

On Friday afternoons, the students will go to homestays with American families, a great opportunity for them to practice their conversation skills and give them a taste of American life. Homestays last from Friday afternoons to Monday mornings, July 28-31 and Aug. 4-7.

Don’t miss your chance to host one of these Japanese students. Call the ELS Language Center, (651) 962-5990, for more information and a host family application.
