Food for Thought invites the campus community to its annual Holiday Buffet on Wednesday, Dec. 14, in Terrence Murphy Hall on the Minneapolis campus. The buffet will be open from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
Large groups are asked to call ahead, (651) 962-4027, so that additional food can be prepared.
Tickets for the buffet will be sold at the cash registers starting at 9 a.m. the day of the buffet; a ticket is required to be in the buffet line.
Holiday Buffet menu:
- Carved prime rib au jus
- Grilled chicken with fruit salsa
- Grilled salmon with garlic cream sauce
- Au gratin potatoes
- Buttered corn
- Fresh fruit
- Baby mixed green salad with raspberry vinaigrette
- Pasta salad
- Rolls and butter
- Pumpkin pie
- Homemade bread pudding with caramel sauce
- Iced sugar cookies
Cost is $8.95 per person. All beverages are extra and can be purchased separately. Meal plans and department charges are accepted.
