Take some time for yourself every Monday night. Feel the benefits of guided relaxation from 5:05 to 6 p.m. in Room 155, Murray-Herrick Campus Center. Learn relaxation techniques, meditations and breathing-awareness to use anywhere and anytime you need to de-stress.

Bring an optional blanket or cushion for comfort when sitting or lying down.

The classes are sponsored by the Wellness Center and the Psychology Department.
