In an effort to help feed hungry families throughout the Twin Cities, Campus Mail Services and the student group Silver Wings are conducting their second annual food drive for the Second Harvest food shelf, and they are inviting the St. Thomas community to participate.
Individuals may give nonperishable food items to their UST mail delivery person or UST courier pick-up. Those who prefer to make a cash donation can write checks to Second Harvest. The food drive will continue through Thursday, Dec. 1.
Checks will be given to Second Harvest the first week of December along with the donated food. Campus Mail Services plans to provide weekly updates on the progress of the collection.
