Father Frank Pavone, national director of Priests for Life, will give a talk to open the Midwest Collegiate Pro-Life Conference Nov. 22-23 at St. Thomas.

Pavone will speak at 7:30 p.m. Friday, Nov. 22, in Room 126 (auditorium), John R. Roach Center for the Liberal Arts. Pizza will be served, and the event is free.

The conference continues with a peaceful protest at 9 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 23, at Planned Parenthood, followed by workshops, Mass, lunch and camaraderie.

Conference registration opens at 10 a.m. in Owens Science Hall. Cost is $25 at the door and includes continental breakfast, lunch and dinner.

A 6 p.m. dinner will be followed by a keynote address by Camille DeBlasi, director of the Center for Life Principles, and a closing prayer vigil.
