<description><![CDATA[&lt;b&gt;Description: &lt;/b&gt;Join the National Institute of Health Policy and Dr. Jack Rowe as NIHP's analysis of the Medical Arms Race Syndrome (MARS) continues. Discussion will focus on aligning incentives to redirect the Medical Arms Race.  

Dr. Rowe is widely recognized and respected for his leadership and vision in the health care industry. He is currently a professor in the Department of Health Policy and Management at the Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health. From 2000 until his retirement in late 2006, Dr. Rowe served as Chairman & CEO of Aetna, Inc., one of the nation's leading health care and related benefits organizations.
