Making a good initial impression is critical in today’s challenging job market. To give students an opportunity to practice and perfect their networking etiquette,“Connecting in the PM (Professional Mingling) Scene” will be held Tuesday, Feb. 15. It also will provide a chance to mingle and make connections with Tommie alumni.
The event will take place from 5 to 7 p.m. in Room 304, Murray-Herrick Campus Center. Hear a short presentation on how students should present themselves in a professional and social manner. This skill will be helpful at the Job and Internship Fair on Tuesday, Feb. 22.
Wear business casual attire. Light snacks will be provided. Students also will have the chance to win door prizes.
