The UST Economics Association will host guest speaker Sam Schulhofer-Wohl, a senior economist from the Minneapolis Federal Reserve, today, Thursday, April 5, in a discussion of his recent research.

Schulhofer-Wohl’s published paper, “Negative Homeowners’ Equity Does Not Reduce Homeowner Mobility,” examines the relationship between depressed housing prices and labor mobility, and seeks to disprove earlier research findings.
The event will be held from 5 to 6 p.m. in the Murray-Herrick Campus Center Fireside Room. Food and refreshments will be provided.
