Students still have a chance to win a Tablet from the Wellness Center – just fill out the E-Chug survey located on the Wellness Center’s website.
To have a chance at winning the Tablet, print the E-Chug certificate of completion at the end of the survey. Write your name and email address on the back and then drop off the certificate at the Wellness Center, located in the lower level of Koch Commons, or mail it to Mail #4025.
Certificates must be turned in by Monday, May 7.
