The University of St. Thomas Dining Services will offer a cornucopia of holiday week specials today through Friday, Dec. 11. On the menu:

The Grill – first floor, Murray-Herrick Campus Center
Featuring  “Candy Cane Frozen Yogurt” all week

  • Monday
    7-10:15 .a.m. – Cinnamon-Raisin French Toast – $2.75
  • Tuesday
    11 a.m.-1 p.m. – Chicken Kabsa, a traditional Saudi dish – $5.25
    Noon-12:30 p.m. – “Celebrity Grill Cook” Father Malone will be cooking
  • Wednesday 
    11 a.m.- 1:15 p.m. – Quesadilla Combo: choice of chicken or veggie, plus chips and pop –$6.25
  • Thursday
    11 a.m.-1 p.m. – French Dip au Jus, comes with fries and pop – $6.25
  • Friday
    7 a.m. -1 p.m. –  Breakfast all day! 
    Try the Buffalo Chicken Fillet Sandwich – $4

The Faculty-Staff Dining Room will close permanently after Friday, Dec. 11.

Beakers Coffee Cart – second floor, Owens Science Hall
Beakers will give samples of their peppermint mochas from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 8. Stop by to see the new tables and chairs in the skyway, courtesy of the Pepsi Fund.
