The Group Work Institute of St. Catherine University and University of St. Thomas School of Social Work invites the campus community to attend “Conflicts in Groups: A Reframe,” on Friday, Nov. 12.
Free for students and $10 for professionals, the event will be held from 9 a.m. to noon in Room 409, Derham Hall, on the St. Catherine University campus in St. Paul. The public is welcome.
This workshop will include a brief overview of theory related to conflict in groups, and a panel presentation by faculty, staff and alumni highlighting varied experiences and perspectives in working with youth, adults and communities. Also included will be an opportunity for small-group discussions and a chance to apply your experience, questions and thoughts about conflict in groups.
