The cost of each session is $20 per person to cover the consultant’s fee. Training & Development will cover any remaining cost. However, there will be a concellation deadline. If you need to cancel out of the class, please call Training & Development at least 24 hours in advance of the class. If you cancel out of the class within the 24-hour period or do not show up for the class, your department still will be charged the $20. You will need to know your department account number when you register.
Karen Kunzman is the owner of Workflow Management Systems, a consulting and training company specializing in time, task and paper-flow management. She is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of the College of St. Catherine with a B.A. in psychology with honors, and is a founding member of the Minnesota Chapter of the National Association of Professional Organizers.
A former legal assistant, Kunzman wrote the chapter on time management for the Minnesota State Bar Association’s Law Office Management Manual, published in March 1995, and she is a frequent speaker and panelist at the MSBA’s “How to Start and Build a Law Firm” seminars. Her published articles include: “The Top Five Reasons People Are Disorganized” and “How to Put Off Procrastination.”
