Sarah Fink, a senior majoring in chemistry, will present this week’s Chemistry Seminar.

She will give her talk, “Prevention of Acrylamide Formation in Heated Foods: An Application of Hydrocolloids to Food Chemistry,” at 3 p.m. today, Friday, Feb. 4,  in Room 251, Owens Science Hall.

All are welcome. Chemistry Seminars are held on Fridays throughout the academic year.
