Chef Ken’s Point of View, Part 3, Showcases Grilling Methods Wednesday St. Thomas Newsroom May 1, 2012 The Wellness Center will sponsor a grilling demonstration with Chef Kenneth Grogg on Wednesday, May 2.Grogg will focus on teaching students cooking techniques from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. on John P. Monahan Plaza outside the Anderson Student Center. The discussion will cover flavoring, food and fire safety, the grilling process, and grilling an entire meal. Food samples will be passed around throughout the demonstration.This is the third event in a three-part series titled Chef Ken’s Point of View.
