Each month, the IRT Training page on the IRT Web site provides a technology tip to help you better use your desktop and enterprise applications. Bookmark the page and remember to watch for a new tip at the start of each month.
For December, learn how to get details about an e-mail sender in Outlook, including how you can check quickly to see if an e-mail sender is available at their office, the location and name of their office and their phone number.
