Catholic Studies in Rome program information session set for Thursday

The Catholic Studies in Rome program allows students to spend a semester or a year studying in the Eternal City while working toward their St. Thomas degrees. But what is it really like to live and study in Rome?

Find out from students who spent last semester in the Catholic Studies in Rome program. An informational meeting will be held from noon to 1 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 11, in Room 108, the O'Shaughnessy Room (Leather Room) of the O'Shaughnessy-Frey Library Center.

Recent participants will share their experiences about classes, life at the Bernardi residence, and opportunities for service and spiritual growth. This informal gathering is an opportunity to ask questions about study abroad and to learn more about the program.

Registration is encouraged but not required. Light refreshments will be served.

The priority deadline for both fall 2008 and spring 2009 semesters is Jan. 15, 2008.
