Dr. Richard Plumb, dean of the Seaver College of Science and Engineering at Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, will become executive vice president and provost at the University of St. Thomas on July 15.
Construction will begin March 31 on a facilities and engineering building, with motorists able to enter or leave the south campus at Cretin and Grand avenues only if they park in the Anderson Parking Facility. Other vehicles will access the south campus from Summit Avenue.
