Please remember in your prayers Father Ted Guminga, a former associate professor in UST’s Sociology Department from 1967 to 1985. Guminga, 69, died April 3 of a heart attack. He had been pastor of St. Hedwig’s Catholic Church in northeast Minneapolis since 1973. The Chicago native attended Nazareth Hall preparatory seminary from 1947 to 1953. [...]

Please remember in your prayers Clarence Schelling, father of Chris Igielski , History Department. Clarence died from pneumonia March 16. A memorial Mass was held March 18 at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Crosby, Minn. Memorials are preferred to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital-Research Center in Memphis or the Cuyuna Regional Medical Center in Crosby.
