Class of ’17 in the Spotlight

In the ranks of seniors graduating this weekend, we have students who earned the Chief’s Award from the City of St. Paul for helping a woman in distress in 2014, a student who served as an ambassador on a Minnesota trade mission to Mexico, and students who have done research on everything from political cynicism to drying breadfruit. Two Spring Graduates to Study Overseas as Fulbright Scholars

School of Law student Christina Espey-Sundt '17 will study refugee and immigration law in Amsterdam, Netherlands. Senior Mitchell Sullivan, a triple major in German, international studies and political science, heads to Germany in the Fulbright's English Teaching Assistantship program.

Puto, Gleason to Continue in Leadership Roles

Dr. Christopher Puto will remain as dean of the Opus College of Business and Dr. Bruce Gleason as interim director of the International Education Center until their successors are chosen during the 2013-14 academic year.
