  • Wells Fargo Bank will hold interviews for positions as 401(k) plan representatives in its Retirement Plan Services area of its Institutional Investments Group. These are ideal positions for motivated team players committed to exceptional customer service, and who wants to develop a career with a national leader. Selected candidates will participate in an extensive, four to five-week training program to prepare them to respond to customer telephone inquiries regarding account information, investment options and processing transactions. Proven customer-service skills along with a degree in business or communication or equivalent work experience are required. Candidates must be able to work full time. Fluency in Spanish, a Series 6 or 7 license, and experience in employee benefits or investments are preferred. Responsibilities may include: research and data-gathering for project analysis, operating and capital budget development, financial reporting, development of business cases to support capital expenditures, analysis of make-vs.-buy decisions, productivity- and process-improvement analysis.
