If you’re eligible for St. Thomas medical, dental and spending account benefits, re-enrollment packages will be delivered today and tomorrow. The information has been mailed to wherever you receive your paycheck.

The packets highlight important process changes, locations and times of re-enrollment information meetings and requirements for returning election forms. Please review the information carefully.

Re-enrollment meetings will be held:

  • 11:45 a.m.-12:45 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 13, at the Minneapolis campus (location to be announced)
  • 11:45 a.m.-12:45 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 15, in Room LL02, Binz Refectory, St. Paul campus

To register for one of these sessions, call Training and Development, (651) 962-6900. A minimum of 10 people must be registered for each session to take place.

All enrollment information must be returned to the Human Resources Office, Room 217, Aquinas Hall (Mail # AQU 217) by 4:30 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 21.
