The campus will celebrate faculty and staff years-of-service anniversaries – ranging from five to 40 years – with the University of St. Thomas from 3:30 to 5 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 7, in the James B. Woulfe Alumni Hall, Anderson Student Center. A recognition ceremony will take place at 4 p.m.
Students must be officially registered in 12 or more credits per semester to receive their maximum awards.

Among his many achievements, he served as a Foreign Service officer for the U.S. Information Agency for 10 years, a state representative for four years, and taught political science at St. Thomas in the 1970s. After retiring he co-founded the Germanic Genealogy Society and the multinational Federation of East European Family History Societies.
