The University of St. Thomas Department of Public Safety posted an advisory Friday regarding an aggravated assault in downtown Minneapolis.
The aggravated assault occurred at a parking ramp located at 800 Marquette Ave. A female victim was stabbed in the ramp. She did not know the suspect.
