T’s Restaurant Action Station in the Anderson Student Center will feature the menu specials listed below during  the week of April 2-5:

  • Monday: Chili dog with unique spices and condiments, $4 (Northeast Brazilian hot dog “Cachorro-Quente,” recipe and cooking courtesy of Elissandra De Britu)
  • Tuesday: Baked potato served with a variety of toppings, $4 (gourmet loaded baked potato, recipe and cooking courtesy of Monica Brennan)
  • Wednesday: Pasta primavera with choice of chicken or shrimp, $5.75
  • Thursday: East Asian vegetables and spices served with choice of chicken or shrimp $5.75 (Vietnamese Bu’n, recipe and cooking courtesy of Chong Thao). Side of rice.
