The Academic Counseling Office and the Academic Support Center have joined to form one department and now operate under a new name: Academic Counseling and Support.
On Monday, Aug. 13, and Tuesday, Aug. 14, the departments will be closed for appointments while they move from their current locations, OEC 119 and OEC 123, respectively, to their new, shared office, MHC 110, in the renovated Murray-Herrick Campus Center. The new department will share its space with Disability Resources (formerly the Enhancement Program), which also will be closed Aug. 13 and 14 as it moves from its former home in OEC 119.
Academic Counseling and Support, as well as Disability Resources, also will be closed for appointments on Wednesday, Aug. 15.
Both departments will reopen at their new location on Thursday, Aug. 16.
Most department phone extensions will remain unchanged; however, the new mailing address for both departments is:
2115 Summit Ave.
St. Paul, MN 55105
The departments thank the St. Thomas community for its patience during this relocation period.
