Need a tee Time? AARC’s golf simulation room now open for reservations.

The golf simulation room in the Anderson Athletic and Recreation Complex is open for reservations during select hours. All St. Thomas undergraduate students, and graduate and professional students, faculty and staff who are AARC members, are eligible to purchase time slots at the Box Office for the room.

AARC members can buy practice times or play an 18-hole course for $24 per hour with a one-hour minimum and three-hour maximum time slot. Members can golf in groups of up to four people and are expected to bring their own equipment.

Those who are not AARC members are welcome to reserve the simulation room for $24 per hour plus the purchase of a $10 guest pass available at the Box Office. All nonmembers must be accompanied by a current AARC member when using any AARC facility.

To reserve a tee time call (651) 962-6137 or visit the Box Office, located in the lower level of Murray-Herrick Campus Center. Reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All sales are final; no refunds will be given.

Hours for the AARC golf simulation room, Room 122A:

  • Monday through Saturday, 8 a.m.-1 p.m. and 6-9 p.m.
  • Sunday, noon-2 p.m. and 7-9 p.m.

In addition, AARC members can purchase one-hour lessons with a St. Thomas golf coach. To schedule a lesson in the golf simulation room, stop by the Box Office to view the open reservation hours and then email golf coaches Scott Proshek or Sara Evens to set up a lesson time. Once the lesson has been confirmed, contact the Box Office to reserve a time slot.

Lesson pricing:

  • The cost of lessons with Proshek is $60 for one person, $40 each for two people, and $30 each for three people.
  • The cost of lessons with Evens is $80 for one person, $50 each for two people, and $40 each for three people.

Members interested in lessons must pay the $24 per hour fee to the Box Office to reserve the golf simulation room. The additional fees for lessons shown above can be paid by cash or check made payable to the instructor at the time of the lesson.
