University policy states that undergraduate students who do not attend the first day of class may be dropped from class rosters at the discretion of the instructors; however, students should not assume that the instructors will drop them from a course if they fail to attend the first day.
University policy also requires undergraduate students who are registered for classes to pay their fees and receive grades for them.
Students are responsible for ensuring that they officially withdraw from courses in which they are registered but do not attend.
For more information call the Office of the Registrar, (651) 962-6700.
Registration sites and times: Undergraduate students may add courses through Friday, Feb. 8, and drop courses through Friday, Feb. 15, by one of the following two methods:
Note: For undergraduate students, the last day to drop a course without a notation of “W” on their academic records is Friday, Feb. 15.
